We believe warranties should be clear, specific, and honest. Below you’ll find our written limited warranties for floor coatings, moisture vapor barrier systems, garage door labor, interior painting, storage installation, and power washing.
Each service has its own warranty because each service has different materials, failure points, and manufacturer coverage.
Floor Coatings

Residential Floor Warranty
Covers peeling, flaking, bubbling, delamination, or chipping caused solely by defective workmanship or a covered material failure under normal residential interior use.

Ace Garage Pros warrants to the original purchaser that a qualifying residential interior concrete floor coating system installed by Ace Garage Pros will remain free from peeling, flaking, bubbling, delamination, or chipping for fifteen (15) years from the date of substantial completion when caused solely by defective workmanship by Ace Garage Pros or a covered failure of the installed coating materials under normal residential interior use.

Flooding, plumbing leaks, groundwater intrusion, hydrostatic pressure, or moisture conditions outside the limits of the installed system.
Color, texture, gloss, ambering, yellowing, fading, or batch and lot variation.
Moisture Protection Upgrade
Limited Lifetime Moisture Warranty for Qualifying MVB Systems
If Ace Garage Pros installs an approved moisture vapor barrier as part of the original floor system, and the slab qualified for that system at the time of installation under the manufacturer’s published requirements, Ace Garage Pros additionally warrants, for as long as the original purchaser owns the property, that the coated floor will remain free from adhesion failure caused solely by moisture vapor transmission through the slab within the published limits of the installed MVB system.
This Applies Only When
The MVB was included on the original signed proposal or invoice.
Ace Garage Pros performed and documented the required slab evaluation before installation.
The slab met the installed system’s requirements at the time of application.
The failure is not caused by an excluded condition such as cracks, joints, flooding, or hydrostatic pressure.
Common Exclusions
Moisture entering through wall seepage, slab edges, penetrations, cracks, or structural defects.
Standing water, plumbing leaks, irrigation overspray, or hydrostatic and osmotic conditions.
Jobs where no moisture vapor barrier was included in the original system.
Any installation where the slab did not meet the published requirements of the installed system.
Interior Garage Painting
2-Year Interior Painting Limited Warranty
Ace Garage Pros warrants to the original purchaser that its residential interior painting work will be free from peeling, blistering, or chipping caused solely by defective workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of substantial completion.
Covered
Paint film failure caused solely by improper surface preparation by Ace Garage Pros.
Peeling, blistering, or chipping caused solely by improper application by Ace Garage Pros.
Qualifying painted walls, ceilings, trim, and doors completed by Ace Garage Pros.
Not Covered
Moisture intrusion, condensation, leaks, mildew, poor ventilation, or substrate problems.
Drywall cracks, nail pops, tape joints, settling, impact damage, scuffs, or abuse.
Customer-supplied materials unless otherwise stated in writing.
Exact color match on touch-ups due to aging, sheen, or lighting variation.
Garage Door Repair & Install Labor
1-Year Garage Door Repair & Installation Limited Warranty
Ace Garage Pros warrants to the original purchaser that its residential garage door repair and installation labor will be free from defects in workmanship for one (1) year from the date of service or installation unless a different labor period is stated on the invoice.
Covered Labor
Qualifying labor for spring replacement, roller replacement, cable replacement, track adjustment, sensor alignment, weather seal replacement, and opener installation.
Defects caused solely by Ace Garage Pros workmanship during repair or installation.
Not Covered
Manufacturer defects in doors, openers, remotes, keypads, batteries, springs, panels, motors, belts, chains, or other components beyond the manufacturer’s terms.
Vehicle impact, misuse, forced operation, lightning, power surges, vandalism, or lack of maintenance.
Manufacturer warranties, if any, are separate from this labor warranty and remain subject to the manufacturer’s own terms, durations, exclusions, and remedies.
Ace Garage Pros warrants that its residential garage storage installation labor, including qualifying wall-mounted shelving, overhead racks, and related mounting work installed by Ace Garage Pros, will be free from defects in workmanship for one (1) year from the date of installation.
Covered
Failures caused solely by improper installation by Ace Garage Pros.
Qualifying labor for the installed storage components listed on the invoice.
Not Covered
Overloading beyond posted or manufacturer load limits.
Hidden framing issues, drywall failure, ceiling movement, water damage, or unsuitable mounting surfaces.
Alterations, relocation, impact damage, or misuse after installation.
Manufacturer defects in products not supplied or warranted by Ace Garage Pros.
Surface Cleaning
30-Day Power Washing Limited Warranty
Ace Garage Pros warrants that its residential power washing and surface cleaning services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. For thirty (30) days from the service date, Ace Garage Pros will return to re-clean any material area that was missed or inadequately cleaned during the original service, subject to the exclusions below.
Covered
The quality of the original cleaning service performed on the treated areas.
Material sections that were missed or not cleaned to the agreed service level during the original visit.
Not Covered
New pollen, mildew, algae, dust, dirt, or other contamination after the original service date.
Rust stains, oxidation, efflorescence, artillery fungus, or embedded discoloration that could not be fully removed during normal cleaning.
Loose paint, rotten wood, cracked mortar, failing sealants, or water intrusion caused by pre-existing defects.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe there is a warranty issue, contact Ace Garage Pros as soon as possible. The process below helps us review your issue fairly and quickly.

Call, text, or email us with your name, address, phone number, installation or service date, and a clear description of the issue.

Send Photos
Provide close-up and wide-angle photos of the affected area, plus any nearby cracks, drains, thresholds, stains, or conditions that may help us understand the cause.

Proof of Purchase
Please have your original invoice or other proof of purchase available. Coverage applies only to qualifying work completed by Ace Garage Pros and paid in full.

Inspection
We may schedule an on-site inspection before deciding coverage. Please do not allow third parties to perform repairs before we have had a reasonable chance to inspect the issue.

Coverage Review
We compare the issue against the written warranty that applies to your service, including the covered conditions, exclusions, and any manufacturer terms that may apply.

Remedy
If the claim is covered, Ace Garage Pros will, at its option, repair, recoat, re-clean, reinstall, or otherwise correct the affected area only. Exact color, gloss, texture, or aging match is not guaranteed.
Timing Matters
You must notify Ace Garage Pros within 30 days after the issue is first discovered, unless a different claim period is required by law. Prompt notice helps preserve evidence and speeds up review.
Common Reasons Claims Are Denied
Claims are commonly denied when the issue is caused by slab movement, cracks, moisture outside system limits, misuse, impact damage, chemical exposure, overloading, pre-existing defects, or work performed by others after our service.

Warranty FAQs
No. Our limited lifetime moisture warranty applies only to qualifying original-owner jobs where an approved moisture vapor barrier was part of the original system and the failure is caused solely by covered moisture vapor conditions within the limits of that system.
No. Concrete cracks, movement, settling, joints, and related substrate conditions are excluded because they are not workmanship failures in the installed coating or service itself.
Not usually. If a claim is covered, our remedy is generally limited to the affected area only. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to match the original appearance, but exact color, flake blend, gloss, and texture match are not guaranteed.
Yes. Manufacturer warranties, if any, remain separate and are governed by the manufacturer’s own terms, conditions, exclusions, and remedies. This is especially important for garage door parts, openers, and certain coating products.
No. The power washing warranty is a short workmanship and re-clean warranty for the original service, not a promise that the surface will stay clean indefinitely or that mildew and dirt will never return.

General Conditions
These limited warranties apply only to the original purchaser, at the original installation or service address, and only after the project has been paid in full. They do not apply to commercial, industrial, exterior, or rental-turn work unless specifically stated in writing.
Any implied warranties that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law are limited to the shortest period allowed by law. These limited warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
Ace Garage Pros reserves the right to update this page at any time. The version in effect on the date of your signed proposal or invoice will generally control for your project unless otherwise required by law.
