Diamond Grinding First
We mechanically grind the slab to create a real bond profile. DIY kits usually rely on acid etching, which is inconsistent and one of the biggest reasons garage floors peel later.
Repairs Before Coating
Cracks, joints, and surface defects are repaired before the system goes down. That helps the finished floor look cleaner and keeps weak spots from telegraphing through the coating.
Polyurea + Polyaspartic
Our system uses a penetrating polyurea base coat and a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. That means better durability, faster cure time, and far better resistance than water-based big-box kits.
Full-Broadcast Finish
We broadcast flake to full coverage, then seal it in. The result is a thicker, more uniform floor that hides imperfections, adds texture, and gives you the finished showroom look people actually want.

Most 2-car garages are completed in a single day. You can walk on the floor after 24 hours and park on it after 72 hours, depending on temperature and humidity.
Big-box store kits use water-based epoxy that peels within a year or two in Texas heat. We use a professional polyurea base coat and polyaspartic topcoat after diamond grinding the surface. The result is a thicker, harder, UV-stable floor that won't hot-tire lift or delaminate.
It depends on the condition of the existing coating. In many cases, failed or peeling material needs to be fully removed before a new system goes down. We assess that during the quote visit and recommend the right prep for a long-lasting result.
Texas slabs are notorious for moisture migration. A moisture vapor barrier helps prevent bubbling, lifting, and delamination. We will assess your specific slab during the on-site visit and give you an honest recommendation based on what we see.

Sweep or blow out debris regularly and mop with a mild cleaner when needed. The topcoat is easy to clean and holds up well to normal garage use. Avoid dragging sharp metal objects directly across the surface.
