Limited Lifetime Warranty – Epoxy Garage Floors
Ace Garage Pros (“we,” “us”) provides a limited lifetime warranty on our epoxy floor coatings against peeling and delamination due to installation defects under normal residential use.
This warranty does not cover damage, wear, or dulling caused by misuse, neglect, or outside forces, including but not limited to:
Heavy or abnormal use, lack of proper cleaning and maintenance
Harsh or improper cleaners, abrasive pads/brushes, or detergents
Use of pressure washers, floor scrubbers, or buffing machines
Scratches, gouges, chips, impact damage, spinning tires, or hot tires
Fire, flame, or other heat damage
Mechanical damage to, or defects in, the underlying concrete
Our warranty also excludes any issues caused by:
Moisture or water pressure (including hydrostatic pressure, efflorescence, or moisture intrusion)
Pre-existing or developing concrete/substrate problems such as heaving, shifting, popping, settling, cracking, or structural/foundation movement
Any repairs, alterations, or coatings performed by another contractor or the homeowner on the coated surface will void this warranty for the affected area.
